Business Systems Manager – Biotechnology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the transition from Salesforce to HubSpot or Zoho.

• Ensure the existing client portal integration is maintained throughout the migration process.

• Assume responsibility for the upkeep of a laboratory information management system and patient database.

• Detect operational deficiencies and create new integrations for front office and sales teams.

• Streamline a contemporary systems stack managed in-house to lessen reliance on external developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in CRM administration or business systems administration, with comprehensive ownership of the systems (not part of a large specialist team).

• Practical experience leading at least one CRM migration from Salesforce to HubSpot or Zoho, covering data migration, configuration, and platform development.

• 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration (the source platform for migration).

• Cross-platform CRM proficiency that includes Salesforce and at least one of HubSpot or Zoho.

• Experience in multi-system integration, linking a CRM with portals, databases, or operational tools via API or middleware (such as Zapier, Make, Workato, or custom integrations).

• Proven ability to independently take over and maintain technical systems transitioned from external developers or vendors.

• B2+ English (CEFR) proficiency for effective coordination with internal teams and vendors.
