Senior Director, FP&A, Commercial Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the principal finance advisor to the Chief Business Officer, Chief Product Officer, and the commercial leadership team, delivering financial insights on growth priorities, product economics, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution.

• Drive commercial transformation efforts across pricing, forecasting, deal governance, performance visibility, and financial accountability to enhance commercial discipline and support scalable growth.

• Collaborate with the wider finance organization to ensure that commercial insights, assumptions, and business drivers are accurately represented in consolidated forecasting, planning, and decision-making support at the executive level.

• Oversee intricate financial and operational modeling across revenue streams, customer segments, product lines, cost structures, and growth scenarios to back investment choices, resource distribution, pricing strategies, margin enhancement, and forecasting.

• Spearhead the commercial enablement agenda through pipeline and sales forecasting, analytics on top-client renewals, product line profitability, customer and product churn and migration analysis, and performance insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.

• At least 4 years in a senior leadership position within a SaaS, Data, Communications, or Media Technology organization.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior commercial and product leaders on forecasting, pricing, profitability, product investment decisions, and go-to-market analytics.

• Proven experience in leading commercial finance within a subscription-based company or a deep technology enterprise.

• Established track record of directing sophisticated business modeling and forecasting.

• Outstanding ability to simplify complex financial and commercial concepts into clear, executive-level narratives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is strongly preferred.

• Proven capability to build scalable frameworks, enhance decision-making quality, and drive accountability in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.

• Proven ability to develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
