Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Support the development of the corporate annual budget.

• Aid in the preparation of monthly performance reports.

• Analyze and assess financial outcomes in comparison to budgeted figures.

• Offer financial analysis assistance for various ad-hoc initiatives.

• Track metrics related to financial and operational performance.

• Execute both routine and non-routine accounting tasks, analysis, and reporting.

• Collaborate closely with employees at all levels to guarantee precise and prompt financial reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance or business is required.

• 1-2 years of experience in corporate budgeting and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly with advanced skills in MS Excel.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience with Power BI and Power Query is preferred.

• Familiarity with Copilot or other AI tools is preferred.
