This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy and implementation of B2B2C marketing initiatives.
• Create industry-focused resources categorized by clinical model, service, and population.
• Educate and empower client-facing teams to leverage self-service toolkits and reporting tools.
• Act as a marketing subject matter expert for selected large and high-priority clients.
• Manage the content strategy aimed at patients across web platforms, blogs, social media, and video content.
• Collaborate closely with in-house creative teams to produce high-quality and on-brand materials.
• Establish and oversee a test-and-learn program within engagement marketing initiatives.
• Propel measurable results across the function, including toolkit utilization and client-specific member engagement goals.
• Lead and nurture a team of three marketing professionals.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position overseeing direct reports, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in B2B2C marketing, preferably within healthcare, benefits, or similarly complex employer-to-consumer environments.
• Required experience collaborating with client success or account management teams.
• Professional experience that encompasses both large and small organizations.
