This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work closely with commercial leadership to pinpoint the most impactful digital and media opportunities that drive revenue and ROI.
• Spearhead the creation of detailed digital strategic and tactical plans by collaborating with brand teams and agencies (media and creative) to convert brand strategies into effective digital and media solutions.
• Develop and proficiently manage digital budgets.
• Ensure the team continuously analyzes performance metrics and makes necessary adjustments to enhance ROI.
• Drive digital innovation at Viatris by leveraging existing capabilities while assessing new technologies and methodologies within the digital and media landscape.
• Lead the creation of compelling business cases to gain support and secure funding for innovative projects.
• Guarantee that digital marketing and commercial stakeholders have timely access to the metrics and KPIs essential for managing the business and evaluating performance, including the creation of customized reports and dashboards.
• Act as the primary leader for external digital agency partnerships for both consumer and professional sectors.
• Guide, collaborate with, and effectively influence partner functions to promote high-potential digital initiatives.
• Drive the development and organization-wide adoption of omnichannel capabilities, including U.S. Sales teams.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) coupled with 8 years of relevant digital and brand experience.
• A Master's degree (or equivalent) with 5 years of relevant experience is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into account.
• Experience on both agency and client sides is preferred.
• Direct experience in designing, executing, and optimizing digital, consumer, and B2B marketing programs.
• Direct experience with marketing analytics, including the analysis and application of metrics in alignment with business objectives.
• A broad and deep understanding of digital marketing and media, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Exceptional understanding of business and brand management as it pertains to fast-paced consumer and pharmaceutical brands.
• Knowledge of digital, social, and mobile industry best practices, including familiarity with key vendors, service providers, and agencies.
• Ability to function effectively in a collaborative environment and integrate ideas for improved solutions.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
