Senior Director, Digital Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor analysts, associates, managers, subcontractors, and client personnel.

• Identify areas where practice knowledge is lacking and develop strategies to improve capabilities.

• Create comprehensive project plans while overseeing budgets and resource allocations.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with senior-level clients.

• Ensure that projects and deliverables meet high standards of quality and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory capacity as a technical specialist, architect, or developer.

• Recognized in the industry as a subject matter expert (SME) in their technical field.

• Proven ability to foster relationships both externally and internally within Huron.

• Extensive expertise in the design and architecture of cloud-based, enterprise-scale software solutions.

• Significant experience in solution design and architecture, complex application integrations, and data migration.

• Capability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron's technical staff.

• Ability to work on multiple projects of various scales and durations.

• Willingness to engage in pursuit activities by participating in orals as a technical expert.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Openness to travel up to 80%.
