This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Oversee the delivery of customer deployment projects for each completed sale at all QTS locations.
• Collaborate with the QTS Property Development team and specialized consultants to address customer design requirements, pricing, approvals, and the execution of deployment plans.
• Direct project delivery by aligning client goals, business workflows, vendor management strategies, and fostering cross-group collaboration within QTS.
• Manage client relationships and cost control to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Federal sales support regarding potential secured contracts.
• Facilitate communication between QTS Sales, Operations, Property Development, and clients.
• Work closely with Development Construction Project Managers to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled.
• Report to the QTS Property Development department and collaborate closely with the CHO and CRO.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant professional licenses in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the development of Mission Critical Facilities.
• At least 5 years of responsibility in data center project construction involving large-scale data centers or data center lease providers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• U.S. Citizenship is required by law due to federal customer contracts.
• Experience in managing multiple large, complex projects is preferred.
• Background in Construction Health & Safety is preferred.
• Familiarity with Customer Deployment Technologies and Equipment is preferred.
• RCDD certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to independently manage timelines and provide support to staff.
• Ability to influence teams across different disciplines.
