This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive performance throughout the denials lifecycle by ensuring alignment, streamlining processes, and executing tasks with clear ownership and accountability.
• Achieve measurable enhancements in throughput, cycle time, quality, and revenue realization through effective workflow optimization and disciplined execution.
• Lead the successful implementation and scaling of large, cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational capability and improve business performance.
• Break down silos and enhance coordination among teams, facilitating seamless handoffs and consistent outcomes throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop organizational capability by cultivating leaders, reinforcing accountability, and establishing repeatable, scalable methods of operation.
• Empower the business unit to consistently meet target operating model performance, thereby supporting profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 8-12+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with extensive expertise in denial management.
• Experience in leading multi-functional teams or managing end-to-end operational segments.
• A proven history of driving large-scale operational or transformational initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Finance, and Client Success teams in a cross-functional setting.
• Strong knowledge of payer dynamics, denial trends, and the performance drivers of the revenue cycle.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated capability to drive workflow optimization and process improvement at scale.
