This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Act as a senior consultant for defined contribution plan design, governance, compliance, and administration.
• Manage large and intricate client engagements, encompassing vendor strategies, fee benchmarking, and RFP processes.
• Identify and cultivate business opportunities, contributing to sales efforts and cross-solution initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery while maintaining consistent execution across various teams.
• Review, finalize, and present client deliverables with an emphasis on quality and impact.
• Oversee coordination among teams to guarantee consistent and high-quality delivery of defined contribution projects.
• Strategically allocate resources across a national delivery model, optimizing team effectiveness and utilization.
• Develop and lead high-performing, leveraged teams to facilitate complex project delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve business objectives, including client outcomes, team performance, and growth priorities.
• Establish and implement delivery standards, tools, and playbooks to enhance consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure excellent client outcomes by adhering to established quality standards and fostering continuous improvement.
• Translate firm-wide standards into actionable practices within project delivery.
• Assist in training and capability development aligned with client and business requirements.
• Facilitate the delivery of new solutions and offerings in response to changing client priorities.
• Supervise project governance, including scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Anticipate and address project risks and escalations, including complex delivery challenges.
• Monitor financial performance, managing budgets and billing while addressing variances as necessary.
• Track and report key metrics related to financial realization and delivery performance.
• Over 15 years of experience in defined contribution consulting, focusing on plan design, compliance, and administration.
• Extensive knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., IRC, ERISA).
• Proven track record of leading large client relationships and delivery teams.
• Strong leadership skills in both consulting and operational settings.
• Demonstrated capacity to solve complex issues and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASPPA, CEBS) are advantageous.
