This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the financial performance of the practice area, focusing on utilization, margins, and investments.
• Provide oversight for project client success through effective team leadership and executive sponsorship.
• Mentor delivery teams and provide written feedback to managers.
• Collaborate with People Excellence to oversee team capacity and capability.
• Ensure that learning guidelines and resources align with practice-area competencies.
• Review and authorize DRR and SRR materials in conjunction with principal architects.
• Enhance project staffing to guarantee an optimal client experience.
• Promote technical excellence, conduct architecture reviews, and offer project support.
• Quickly resolve technical escalations and incorporate lessons learned into delivery strategies and employee feedback.
• Develop exceptional client experiences through briefings and expert sessions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture to establish Service Delivery Frameworks.
• Oversee the practice's technology strategy, client journey, and delivery models.
• Advocate for client success and acknowledge client contributions.
• Support the IP roadmap, capture, Solution Engineering integration, and toolkit priorities.
• Conduct quarterly team briefings on technology roadmaps, lessons learned, delivery patterns, and thought leadership.
• 8–10+ years of relevant leadership experience in technology business within a consultancy.
• Proficiency in modern data engineering, preferably with Azure, including data warehousing, data lakes, and lake house architecture.
• Extensive experience in data governance, data architecture, data integration, data classification, data analysis, data visualization, data quality management, data security and privacy, MDM, data standards, regulatory compliance, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of industry best practices.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with business stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing data practitioners, including defining team processes, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain project timelines.
• Currently, 3Cloud is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas.
