This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Take ownership and continuously enhance the enterprise commercialization strategy, which includes well-defined operating rhythms, decision-making forums, and escalation pathways.
• Create and manage a consistent meeting schedule that brings together product, service, technology, marketing, customer experience, and operations to align on launch readiness and priorities.
• Act as the sole point of accountability for coordinating go-to-market activities across the organization.
• Develop, oversee, and communicate a comprehensive 18-month commercialization calendar that incorporates product, service, and technology launches.
• Ensure that sequencing, dependencies, and capacity considerations are thoroughly understood and proactively managed.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for initiatives that carry heightened risk, complexity, or interdepartmental tensions.
• Lead quick, structured problem-solving efforts to alleviate impacts related to timelines, costs, or customer experience.
• Identify alternative revenue streams or phased launches to safeguard business results while upholding brand integrity.
• Design and maintain a customer experience commercialization playbook applicable across all channels.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing commercialization team.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercialization, go-to-market strategies, operations, leadership, or related fields.
• Strong preference for experience in both retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments.
• Prior experience in a founder-led, high-growth setting is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional launches in a consumer-facing organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial risks, address launch-related issues, and achieve revenue targets.
• In-depth understanding of omnichannel customer experiences, encompassing physical retail, e-commerce, and third-party partnerships.
• Exceptional skills in communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
