This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT, effectively understanding business requirements and converting them into actionable technology initiatives.
• Cultivate a thorough comprehension of business strategies, objectives, and challenges to ensure IT priorities are effectively aligned.
• Foster and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, ensuring ongoing alignment and satisfaction.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for essential products and services, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from concept and development to deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Lead cross-functional teams in prioritizing product features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.
• Conduct research on market trends and user needs to uncover opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Support a portfolio of IT projects and products, assuring effective resource allocation and that deliverables align with business priorities.
• Establish procedures for gathering, assessing, and prioritizing business requirements and IT demands.
• Facilitate collaboration among IT teams, product managers, and business partners to ensure project success.
• Identify and advocate for opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and industry trends to tackle business challenges.
• Create a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace, showcasing authenticity and building trust.
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in Commercial and/or Personal Lines insurance.
• Strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of product development processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Demonstrated leadership ability, either directly or indirectly, with over 5 years of experience leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional programs, including at least 2 years in direct management roles.
