Senior Director – Army and Defense Agencies Capture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in vital initiatives and facilitate the expansion of our business as a Senior Director for Army and Defense Agencies Capture.

• Play an essential role in identifying opportunities for GDIT to collaborate with the Army and Defense Agencies.

• Create and implement capture strategies aimed at securing new and/or re-compete contract wins exceeding $500M.

• Lead the successful execution of qualified capture pursuits by utilizing the GDIT enterprise business development process and gate controls.

• Formulate compelling and distinctive win strategies which include customer engagement, solutions development, competitive assessments, shaping strategy, teaming strategy, pricing strategy, and bid/no-bid recommendations for senior management.

• Establish competitive pricing structures and solutions that develop executable programs with profitable returns at a winning price.

• Create marketing strategies and offer insights into market account plans alongside assigned account BD and P&L leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience as a capture manager.

• Proven experience in capturing single award competitive take-away deals exceeding $500M.

• Familiarity with Information Technology scope, fixed price managed services, and/or as-a-Service delivery models.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to provide a ‘deal sheet’ detailing opportunities led and supported along with results.
