• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of relevant industry or field experience.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Possess executive presence and credibility with both executives and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated excellence in research and writing capabilities.

• Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing data effectively.

• Recognized subject matter expert who is comfortable presenting at various engagement levels.

• Strong business and financial insight.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a diverse global team.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% (when applicable).
