Senior Director Analyst – Integrated Business Planning, S&OP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Drive insights to enhance supply chain planning processes

• Provide guidance to Senior Supply Chain planning leaders

• Lead evaluations of processes and capabilities

• Generate innovative, thought-provoking, and highly impactful insights

• Conduct research, analysis, and forecasting of market trends

• Assist BTI and Sales by delivering the market perspective to insights teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in supply chain planning

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within supply chain planning

• Excellent organizational abilities with a capacity to perform under tight deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills

• Expertise in data analysis and synthesis

• Deep knowledge in supply chain planning
