This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Generate innovative and thought-provoking content that offers essential insights.
• Create new ideas and insights through thought leadership while providing compelling and actionable solutions that enhance the client's decision-making capabilities.
• Conduct thorough analyses to uncover the root causes of client challenges and reshape perspectives to advance strategic initiatives.
• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing insights positions among a team of analysts.
• Present challenging and independent insights to Gartner leaders to influence the direction of research agendas.
• Investigate, analyze, and forecast market trends and changes to deliver actionable insights to clients and vendors.
• Offer actionable advice to clients and prospects in alignment with their specific content area through virtual or in-person engagements.
• Create and present high-value materials for Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings, both on and off stage.
• Provide sales support by representing market perspectives to assist Insights teams in content creation and enhance client engagement to address critical business priorities.
• Ensure high-quality and timely peer reviews of content.
• Establish credibility as an industry expert to effectively represent Gartner's insights, methodologies, and strategies.
• Actively engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions while collaborating effectively with peers in the Insights community.
• Identify improvements in research processes or develop new methodologies that enable the team and BTI to deliver exceptional service.
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing support and guidance.
• Maintain a client-centric approach, consistently seeking to enhance client engagement with Gartner insights and interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience in the field or industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in payments, fintech, enterprise technology, or advisory roles, particularly with large enterprise or governmental clients.
• In-depth understanding of tokenization (data and asset), stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain, and the regulatory landscape for digital assets.
• Familiarity with enterprise processes and architectures that must integrate digital asset capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines while producing high-quality deliverables.
• Proven excellence in research and writing capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside analytical and presentation abilities; adept at engaging clients and responding effectively to inquiries.
• Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; capable of applying patterns and frameworks while drawing and justifying conclusions to address client challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Subject matter expertise with comfort in presenting at both large and small-scale speaking events.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to work independently while being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support others' workflows within a multicultural global team.
• Learning agility and adeptness in navigating highly matrixed environments.
• Ability to effectively represent Gartner's research methodologies and strategies at all organizational levels.
