📋 Description

• Develop innovative and thought-provoking insights that are essential for understanding cybersecurity and AI trends, growth strategies, and leadership practices for small and midsize providers.

• Create actionable frameworks and best practices that empower Tech CEOs to enhance decision-making and execution in areas like threat intelligence, compliance, and product innovation.

• Analyze and forecast shifts in the cybersecurity technology landscape (including AI-driven security, cloud security, and zero trust) as well as competitive dynamics.

• Directly engage with Tech CEOs through virtual and in-person meetings, Gartner conferences, and industry events to tackle strategic challenges and offer customized recommendations.

• Produce engaging presentations and thought leadership materials for Gartner events, client briefings, and professional associations.

• Collaborate with colleagues within Gartner’s Insights community to define research agendas and share impactful ideas that shape the cybersecurity market.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Graduate degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity leadership positions (such as Tech CEO or senior executive within a cybersecurity provider).

• Experience collaborating with or within small to mid-size technology providers.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills; capable of engaging clients and effectively addressing their inquiries.

• Proficient in data analysis and synthesis; skilled in applying patterns and frameworks to draw and defend conclusions related to client challenges.

• A subject matter expert who is comfortable presenting at both large and small-scale events.

• Strong business and financial understanding.

• Ability to work independently while being intrinsically motivated to collaborate with teams and support the workflow of others in a diverse global environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (when applicable).
