• Over 12 years of relevant experience in HR functional and/or technology leadership roles.
• In-depth understanding of CHRO challenges and familiarity with CHRO workflows.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI strategies within HR.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the HR tech landscape, market dynamics, vendors, products, and emerging AI use cases.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside analytical and presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and synthesis.
• Extensive knowledge of the global and competitive landscape in the subject area.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
