Senior Digital Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of daily project management, including ownership of designated project deliverables and workstreams.

• Assist in the agile product development process, encompassing the creation and management of Jira tickets.

• Coordinate interconnected workflows across various disciplines such as UX, UI Design, Development, and QA.

• Employ project management tools to ensure tasks are updated and accurately assigned to team members.

• Maintain project timelines through organized task lists, structured meeting notes, and action items.

• Manage and/or track project assets and documentation.

• Aid in the preparation of internal and client-facing presentations, including the organization of meetings.

• Support resource management, including the onboarding of new team members.

• Handle freelancer and vendor invoicing.

• Assist in developing project estimates and timelines.

• Actively seek ways to enhance workflow efficiency and improve output quality.

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and keep the project progressing.

• Adhere to LFL’s standard project management processes, including the use of LFL tools and templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience as a Digital Producer within a digital design agency.

• Capability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines effectively.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams to achieve desired outcomes.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• A positive and proactive team player.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail).

• Experience with Jira or another project management tool is a plus.

• Experience in client-facing roles.

• Previous experience in an agency setting is a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
