This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Deliver customer and business insights to formulate and execute .com merchandise strategies aimed at boosting sales in collaboration with the merchant and marketing departments.
β’ Collaborate with merchants, vendors, and offshore teams to enhance product page quality by improving images, copy, knowledge assistants, and reviews.
β’ Conduct research on industry trends and provide competitive analysis to pinpoint online gaps and opportunities.
β’ Identify opportunities for assortment growth and drive expanded product offerings on jcp.com.
β’ Optimize navigation, customer journeys, and on-site merchandise to enhance conversion rates.
β’ Utilize customer analytics tools to elevate customer experience and key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, add-to-bag, and bag abandonment, through regular recaps (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
β’ Implement high-volume category and company-wide initiatives throughout the customer journey.
β’ Curate and manage links for emails, the homepage, and on-site creative content.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce or Retail, with at least 1-3 years preferred in site merchandising.
β’ Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Proficient in web-based analytics tools.
