This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Execution of Production & Marketing Automation
• Create and implement digital assets within HubSpot, such as: Emails and email templates, Workflows and automations, Forms and progressive fields, Nurture streams, Landing pages and thank-you pages
• Carry out production tasks in accordance with established processes, requirements, and quality standards
• Assist in the scheduling, testing, and deployment of email campaigns
• Perform quality assurance checks on all assets (links, rendering, formatting, tagging, naming conventions)
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across HubSpot campaigns, assets, and folders
• Aid in list creation, segmentation, and basic performance monitoring
• Website Content Production (Drupal)
• Update, edit, and publish front-end web content using Drupal
• Maintain page accuracy, formatting, and metadata in line with brand and UX guidelines
• Upload images, files, and assets following established templates and content guidelines
• Conduct content quality checks before publishing to guarantee consistency and compliance
• Support regular updates, refreshes of campaign landing pages, and content maintenance requirements
• Cross-Functional Support & Collaboration
• Assist the internal marketing team with requests for HubSpot and Drupal execution
• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to adopt best practices and enhance execution workflows
• Work alongside segment marketing teams and content owners to gather requirements and clarify production needs
• Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
• Provide light copy editing and formatting support when necessary to ensure clear and polished content delivery
• Over 4 years of experience in digital marketing production (marketing automation, website updates, or campaign execution)
• Preferred hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Drupal.
• Experience in a structured production or agency environment is a plus.
• HubSpot and/or Drupal certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media is preferred.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Drupal, and MS Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adhere to established processes while also identifying areas for improvement.
