This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Choosing, implementing, and taking ownership of the marketing automation platform for the department.
• Assessing options and providing recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
• Overseeing the setup and configuration of the platform while developing the initial automation framework.
• Managing the email marketing strategy and execution across all Cynet divisions.
• Creating sequential automation flows from the ground up.
• Composing all campaign copy and overseeing A/B testing for subject lines and content.
• Providing monthly performance reports on open rates, click-through rates (CTR), response rates, and unsubscribe metrics.
• Designing and managing SMS campaign flows in alignment with the email strategy.
• Authoring and updating the Recruitment Marketing Playbook, including standardized email and SMS templates.
• Managing the social media presence for all Cynet divisions on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Delivering a consolidated monthly performance dashboard that encompasses email, SMS, and social media metrics.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical digital marketing experience with direct responsibility for both email marketing and social media.
• Proven experience in implementing or substantially configuring a marketing automation platform — not merely using one, but building it. Familiarity with HubSpot, Active Campaign, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of email automation architecture — including multi-step sequences, trigger-based flows, behavioral segmentation, and nurture funnels.
• Experience in developing email and SMS campaigns from strategy to execution — encompassing segmentation, copywriting, scheduling, testing, and optimization.
• Established social media management experience across various channels simultaneously — including strategy development, content calendars, copywriting, analytics, and community management.
• Exceptional copywriting abilities — able to write clearly and persuasively for diverse audiences and channels with minimal editing needed.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and how marketing platforms integrate with them.
• Comfortable with analytics — able to interpret performance data, recognize patterns, and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Familiarity with UTM tagging and campaign attribution.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while preserving a unique voice and tone for each.
• Highly organized — adept at managing content calendars, campaign timelines, and platform builds without oversight.
• Experience with HubSpot — certification is a plus but not mandatory; demonstrated hands-on knowledge of the platform is what counts.
• Experience in staffing, healthcare, or a related field is advantageous — however, we welcome strong marketers from any background who are eager to learn.
• Familiarity with Sense, Constant Contact, or other staffing-specific communication tools.
• Experience with SMS marketing platforms and a working knowledge of TCPA compliance.
• Expertise specific to LinkedIn — including newsletter publishing, company page management, and employer brand strategy.
• Basic design skills in Canva or similar tools for creating social assets when necessary.
• Knowledge of AEO and GEO content structuring for improved search visibility.
• Experience in building or contributing to a recruitment marketing playbook, SOP documentation, or similar resources.
