This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• The **Senior** **Digital Marketing Measurement Analyst** will take charge of leading the analytics and measurement support for web marketing efforts across various campaigns, regions, and traffic sources.
• This position merges extensive knowledge of web analytics and marketing technologies with a robust business understanding to assist the Marketing team in scaling effectively and making informed, data-driven choices.
• You will serve as both the technical lead for the web measurement framework and a strategic ally to Marketing, translating intricate data into actionable insights, spotting growth opportunities, and proactively advancing campaigns.
• **Challenges You’ll Encounter**
• Conduct advanced analyses of web marketing initiatives across regions, channels, and traffic sources, providing clear insights into performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, ROAS, and LTV.
• Create and sustain a scalable web measurement framework that guarantees accurate tracking and attribution.
• Set up and validate conversion tracking for advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Analyze multi-channel user journeys and implement attribution models (First Click, Last Click, Time Decay, Data-Driven).
• Discover growth opportunities by revealing non-obvious correlations among marketing metrics, behavioral data, and regional performance.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to impact media budget allocation and campaign strategies.
• Design and implement A/B tests to enhance conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all marketing tools and reporting platforms.
• Extensive experience in Mobile Analytics / Web Analytics / Marketing Analytics / MarTech roles.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Familiarity with MMPs like Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular.
• Experience in configuring tracking for advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
• Strong understanding of web attribution models and cross-channel measurement.
• Advanced SQL capabilities for querying and transforming marketing datasets (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Knowledge of marketing KPIs: ROI, ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CVR.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills—able to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust) or CDP/CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data automation and forecasting.
• Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications.
