Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Media Buying: Our operations span a variety of advertising platforms, predominantly YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search, and Display. You will oversee daily budgets ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 on these channels. As some clients may experience significant growth following a successful campaign, you must be ready to adapt accordingly.

• Forecasting: You will be responsible for forecasting and developing various scenarios to meet client objectives. This involves analyzing current ad metrics and conversion rates, as well as creating enhanced forecasts by lowering CPC and boosting conversion rates.

• Data Driven Decision Making: In our organization, every decision is grounded in data. You will gather and evaluate performance data related to ad creatives, landing pages, and offers to determine effectiveness and uncover optimization opportunities.

• Funnel Strategy: Each client has a sales funnel, and it is essential to pinpoint pages within the funnel that do not meet industry standards. This analysis will help us improve conversion rates and generate more revenue from the same traffic.

• Creative Strategy: Creativity is central to our mission. Exceptional creative content is vital for scaling paid traffic effectively (when all other factors are equal). You will collaborate with our creative team to develop new concepts, innovative ideas, and ultimately steer the creative strategy for our clients. You will also brainstorm unique growth strategies and campaign ideas that differentiate us from our competitors.

• Competitor Research: At CA, we don't take random shots in the dark. We analyze what’s already successful in a specific niche and use that to inspire our advertising and funnel strategies. There is no need to reinvent the wheel.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of Digital Marketing Experience with practical expertise in optimizing conversion-oriented funnels.

• At least 3 years of experience managing Media Buying teams.

• Experience with Webinar and Coaching Funnels is preferred.

• An intellectually curious mindset. The phrase "That's interesting" should drive you to explore what, why, and how. Unique outcomes are the foundation of significant success.

• Ability to upload and launch digital advertising campaigns.

• Skills to enhance traffic and revenue growth through advertising platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Search, and Display.

• Capability to compile and analyze performance data for ad creatives, landing pages, and offers to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with both short- and long-term deadlines.

• Experience collaborating with internal graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers when creative needs arise.

• Ability to brainstorm innovative growth strategies and campaign concepts that distinguish us from our competitors.

• Monitoring of industry trends and competitor strategies.

• Highly analytical and data-driven - a strong affinity for data is essential, with decisions driven by it while avoiding the pitfalls of over-analysis.
