This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee numerous client advertising accounts on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Strategize, initiate, monitor, and enhance lead-generation campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics to pinpoint the most impactful optimization opportunities.
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, budget, target audience, and funnel effectiveness.
• Manage the structure of campaigns, including targeting, bidding, testing, and optimization.
• Write or guide the creation of ad copy, campaign narratives, and landing page suggestions.
• Provide briefs to designers or creative teams regarding necessary campaign assets.
• Utilize data to clarify what is effective, what requires improvement, and the recommended next steps.
• Assist in the lead-generation strategy for both home services and B2B client accounts.
• Ensure precise tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and related platforms.
• Track conversion performance, attribution, and the quality of funnels.
• Aid in reporting, dashboard creation, and campaign evaluation.
• Identify areas of drop-off, inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar solutions to enhance: Research, campaign planning, analysis, and productivity.
• Deliver clear updates on performance, actionable recommendations, and next steps.
• Independently manage priorities across multiple accounts.
• Maintain professional communication with internal team members and, when necessary, clients.
• 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Significant hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Significant hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Proven track record in managing lead-generation campaigns (not limited to eCommerce or awareness campaigns).
• Experience with service-oriented businesses, preferably in home services or B2B sectors.
• Strong comprehension of: Paid media strategy, campaign structure, tracking and attribution, testing, and optimization.
• Good understanding of SEO, especially regarding: Landing pages, site structure, and AI search evolution.
• Profound knowledge of: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, tracking and conversion setup, CRM systems such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in remote and independent work.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts concurrently with minimal supervision.
