Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager – Client Facing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated portfolio of VIP accounts by managing client services to ensure optimal performance, timeliness, and alignment with clients’ needs.

• Collaborate with clients and their teams to make strategic decisions and adjustments.

• Partner with our internal service teams to develop strategies that address clients’ requirements.

• Recognize areas where client services may be insufficient and propose solutions to bridge those gaps.

• Organize and conduct monthly reporting calls with clients.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding ongoing work and achieved results.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.

• Proven experience working with Law Firm clients is essential.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing services and strategies relevant to the legal sector.

• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills are a must.

• A meticulous eye for detail, always seeking areas for improvement.

• Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

• Proactive and resourceful in all areas of your responsibilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.

• Experience with Personal Injury Law Firm clients is highly preferred.
