This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of daily website operations, including content updates, backups, performance monitoring, and on-call responses for site issues.
• Oversee the WordPress CMS, managing updates, plugins, themes, and third-party integrations.
• Create and sustain reusable components and code libraries for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure the website is responsive, accessible, and optimized for all devices and browsers.
• Monitor and automate lead capture forms, ensuring all submissions are correctly routed to the CRM and sales representatives.
• Define and measure website success metrics, including prospect engagement and time spent on the site.
• Support website accessibility by maintaining digital content and web resources in accordance with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with design to transform brand concepts into exceptional web experiences.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy in line with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Manage technical SEO aspects, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, page speed, and mobile responsiveness across all digital properties.
• Perform ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend monitoring.
• Optimize landing pages, metadata, and internal linking for improved performance.
• Work alongside the content team to incorporate SEO best practices into all digital content initiatives.
• Regularly report on SEO performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage and direct agency partners when applicable.
• Lead the conversion rate optimization strategy for the website and landing pages, driving ongoing improvements in visitor-to-lead conversion rates.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and critical conversion paths.
• Utilize heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral analytics to pinpoint friction points and drop-offs in the conversion funnel.
• Optimize page layouts, forms, and calls-to-action based on testing results and user behavior data.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to convert CRO insights into higher-converting page experiences.
• Establish conversion benchmarks by page and funnel stage, and report on performance trends over time.
• Work with sales to gather lead quality feedback to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and on-page experiences.
• Manage all email marketing initiatives in Pardot; create and maintain automated nurture workflows tailored to buyer personas and extended higher education sales cycles.
• Coordinate all email drops to both narrow and broad segments, including timely sends, with precision and compliance.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, content, and send times, sharing results to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on email performance metrics: open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability, leads, and pipeline influence.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email best practices.
• Maintain email list hygiene and database health on a continuous basis.
• Own reporting on marketing-generated leads and pipeline performance within Salesforce.
• Create and manage dashboards tracking lead volume, conversion, and pipeline influence by channel and campaign.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate campaign attribution and lead source tracking within Salesforce.
• Provide regular reporting to Marketing and Sales leadership on lead-to-pipeline performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Manage a focused paid media budget across select platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google) to support key campaigns.
• Oversee campaign setup, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization within budget constraints.
• Monitor and report on paid performance metrics: CTR, CPL, conversions, and pipeline influence.
• The responsibilities outlined above are indicative of the role and may be modified to align with organizational priorities.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation, with hands-on responsibility for website CMS and Pardot.
• Demonstrated experience managing WordPress operationally, including CMS administration, plugin management, and integrations.
• Strong background in SEO, encompassing technical SEO, keyword strategy, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis.
• Experience in building and managing automated email nurture programs in Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Skill in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce, especially concerning lead and pipeline performance.
• Highly analytical, comfortable managing dashboards, attribution reporting, and pipeline data.
• Ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Naturally curious with a keen attention to detail.
