Senior Digital Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement marketing strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, lead generation, and account openings.

• Provide guidance on the ideal media mix across both digital and traditional channels.

• Oversee and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Enhance visibility through search engines, AI search, and other high-intent platforms.

• Refine landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead nurturing processes.

• Evaluate campaign performance and funnel effectiveness, translating findings into actionable improvements.

• Collaborate effectively with content, creative, SEO, PPC, analytics, and product teams.

• Keep abreast of marketing trends and identify potential growth opportunities.

• Actively participate in squad planning, prioritization, and strategic discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing.

• Demonstrated ability to drive tangible growth through campaigns, search optimization, conversion enhancement, and funnel improvements.

• In-depth knowledge of SEO, paid media, conversion rate optimization (CRO), lead generation, and customer journey mapping.

• Possess a data-driven mindset complemented by strong analytical capabilities.

• A strategic thinker who is also adept at executing hands-on tasks.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within agile environments.

• Strong business acumen along with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Native Dutch speaker or proficient in Dutch with excellent command of the English language.
