Senior Digital Marketeer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Create and implement marketing strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, lead generation, and account openings.

• Provide guidance on the best media mix encompassing both online and offline channels.

• Oversee and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns.

• Enhance visibility across search engines, AI search, and other high-intent channels.

• Refine landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead nurturing processes.

• Evaluate campaign and funnel performance, translating findings into actionable improvements.

• Work collaboratively with content, creative, SEO, PPC, analytics, and product teams.

• Stay informed on marketing trends and pinpoint new growth opportunities.

• Actively participate in squad planning, prioritization, and strategic development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing.

• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable growth through campaigns, search optimization, conversion enhancement, and funnel improvements.

• Comprehensive understanding of SEO, paid media, conversion rate optimization, lead generation, and customer journeys.

• A data-driven approach paired with robust analytical abilities.

• A strategic mindset coupled with the ability to execute tasks hands-on.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within agile environments.

• Strong business acumen along with effective stakeholder management skills.

• Native Dutch speaker or possessing strong Dutch fluency, along with excellent English language skills.
