Senior Digital Designer, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of impactful customer-facing experiences within the top-of-funnel web ecosystem.

• Lead projects from initial brief to final delivery, creating flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Raise the standard of care by implementing human-centered solutions.

• Champion user needs through research, testing, and iterative processes.

• Collaborate with Design, Product Managers, Research, and Engineering to tackle complex challenges.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance storytelling and refine designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Design role, leading design efforts alongside cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, and Research.

• A comprehensive approach to design, encompassing both high-level strategy and intricate design details.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly and confidently present your decisions and processes.

• A passion for growth and improvement, openness to feedback, and capability to collaborate effectively with designers at all levels.

• Flexibility and enthusiasm for thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

• Advanced design skills in typography, layout, interactive design, and managing complex logic and systems.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and various prototyping tools.
