Senior Digital Designer, AI Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop digital-first campaigns for a diverse range of consumer brands

• Design creative assets for paid social media, display advertising, online video, customer relationship management, web platforms, and emerging digital channels

• Edit video content tailored for social media, digital advertising, and broadcast platforms

• Create motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and perform light post-production tasks

• Utilize AI tools to enhance ideation, design exploration, image creation, video generation, and overall content production

• Collaborate with creative teams from initial concept through to final execution

• Develop visual systems and campaign assets that can be adapted across various formats and platforms

• Stay informed about the latest creative technologies, AI tools, and production techniques

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in design, motion graphics, content creation, or digital production within an agency, studio, or in-house creative team

• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, layout, composition, and brand systems

• Proficient video editing skills with a solid grasp of storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific best practices

• Experience in creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects

• Strong conceptual thinking abilities and the capacity to contribute ideas, rather than just executing them

• Comfortable working across various brands, industries, and project sizes

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting

• A portfolio showcasing a variety of design, motion, content, and campaign work

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects

• Experience in AI prompt writing for image and video creation
