📋 Description

• Strategize, coordinate, and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns that align with organizational objectives.

• Assist Account Managers in scheduling campaign timelines, managing assets, and overseeing deliverables.

• Create and enhance email marketing strategies to boost engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

• Craft and refine engaging email content that mirrors the brand's voice and connects with target audiences.

• Oversee email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting to optimize campaign effectiveness.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics — including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions — and convert data into actionable enhancements.

• Ensure all email campaigns undergo thorough testing, proofreading, and quality assurance before launch.

• Keep abreast of the latest email marketing trends, platform developments, and best practices for deliverability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in email marketing, digital marketing coordination, or a related field (Required).

• Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent (Required).

• In-depth knowledge of email marketing strategies, segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.

• Detail-oriented project coordinator who ensures all campaigns stay on schedule without missing any deliverables.

• Strong copywriting abilities — capable of creating emails that recipients are eager to open and read.

• Analytical thinker — utilizes performance data to make informed decisions rather than just creating appealing reports.

• A collaborative team player who works effectively with creative, content, and account management teams.
