Apparel Graphic Designer, Design Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop unique graphics specifically for apparel (excluding marketing creatives)

• Create artwork that is suitable for cut-and-sew garment designs

• Transform brand identity into fashion-forward designs

• Produce mockups and visual representations for garments

• Assist in design iteration cycles from initial concept to final product

• Prepare production-ready files as necessary

• Conduct research on inspiration and emerging trends

• Play a role in concept development and design direction

• Aid in evolving and maintaining a unified brand aesthetic

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on vision and execution

• Accept feedback and adapt quickly while upholding design quality

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in apparel graphic design or related fashion roles

• Strong graphic design capabilities with a specialization in apparel (Adobe Illustrator – required)

• Proficiency in creating original artwork from the ground up (not merely editing existing assets)

• Experience with cut-and-sew design processes *(non-negotiable)*

• Comprehensive understanding of mockups, garment development, and iteration workflows

• Experience in contributing to concept development and creative research

• Established background in apparel or fashion design (with a focus on graphics)

• Strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for design outcomes

• Solid grasp of current fashion trends, particularly in streetwear/apparel.
