• Take full ownership of the comprehensive digital CRM and lifecycle strategy, encompassing everything from framework creation to evaluating performance impact.
• Develop and enhance customer journeys, segmentation strategies, automation processes, and personalization efforts.
• Champion the strategic application of contemporary CRM platforms, data analytics, and innovative lifecycle tools.
• Convert insights and behaviors of Southeast Asian customers into scalable CRM strategies.
• Establish CRM key performance indicators (KPIs) and assume responsibility for outcomes related to retention, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business Intelligence (BI), and Marketing teams to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with growth objectives.
• At least 4 years of experience in Digital CRM or Lifecycle roles within digital-first environments.
• Proven history of building, restructuring, or scaling CRM systems.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to introduce innovative ideas, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Remains hands-on with CRM platforms, automation, and data as necessary.
• Strong analytical skills paired with commercial acumen.
• Practical experience in Southeast Asian markets.
• Proficiency in English.
