This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will develop human-centered brand and communication strategies β ranging from overarching strategic communication platforms to specific channel and content approaches.
β’ You will connect data, research, market, and target audience insights into clear insights that drive creative ideas, campaigns, and customer experiences.
β’ You will analyze markets, competitors, target audiences, customer journeys, and channels, identify opportunities, and derive concrete strategic recommendations.
β’ You will translate complex questions into clear strategic narratives, compelling presentations, and inspiring workshops.
β’ You will closely collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from creation, account management, UX, data, technology, and content, bringing strategic perspectives into all phases of project development.
β’ You will ensure that strategies not only inspire but are also actionable β focusing on quality, customer objectives, and real user needs.
β’ You will act as a strategic sparring partner for our client team at dm drogerie-markt, developing long-term perspectives for brand, communication, and customer experience.
β’ You have approximately 5β8 years of experience in a strategy, planning, or a similar role within an agency environment or a similarly dynamic setting.
β’ You possess substantial experience in brand strategy, communication strategy, and campaign planning.
β’ You are a strategy hybrid: you can develop overarching creative platforms and also derive them into various ecosystem activations (e.g., content, social, CRM).
β’ You have a strong intuition for people, needs, barriers, and motivations β and can translate these into relevant, creative, and action-guiding insights.
β’ You love data, research, and cultural observations, but do not think solely analytically: you make insights creatively and strategically usable.
β’ You understand how brands are experienced across digital and physical touchpoints β and how communication, content, service, and experience interplay.
β’ You are adept at structuring complex information, developing strategic recommendations, and presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ You confidently facilitate workshops, work proactively, and bring empathy for clients, teams, and target audiences.
β’ Experience in retail, drugstore, consumer health, beauty, and/or FMCG is a plus.
β’ Fluent German language skills are required; good English skills are an advantage.
