This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Analyze competitor websites, funnels, and messaging to comprehend their psychological effectiveness and leverage that insight to create innovative funnel concepts for our clients β rather than merely copying existing models.
β’ Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar) to swiftly generate ad copy, messaging, and creative assets while maintaining a professional standard.
β’ Create diverse creative assets β including video, images, and copy variations β using AI-driven production tools.
β’ Develop and deploy landing pages using our internal tools and systems (quickly and primarily templated β this role does not involve starting from scratch in design or development).
β’ Contribute to creative strategy across all client accounts ("pods"), collaborating with media buyers to transform strategy into practical assets.
β’ Regularly test and refine creative elements based on actual campaign performance feedback.
β’ Keep abreast of emerging AI tools and workflows, integrating them into our processes.
β’ Collaborate closely with our media buying team (and myself) to ensure creative workflows remain efficient and do not become bottlenecks.
β’ Complete the process β receive a brief from the senior strategist or media manager, align on the plan, produce the assets, and return them for review without requiring follow-up.
β’ Daily, genuine proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image/video generation tools) as an essential aspect of your work β not just occasional usage.
β’ A keen eye for design β the ability to assess a landing page or ad and articulate its visual effectiveness, along with the skill to art-direct AI output to meet professional standards.
β’ A portfolio showcasing completed work β including 3 live landing pages and ad creatives you have personally developed, along with insights on their post-launch performance.
β’ A sincere interest in behavioral psychology and the factors that drive human action β combining design with psychological insight, rather than merely production.
β’ Strong instincts for messaging and copywriting, even if you are not formally trained β you know how to guide AI tools to produce converting copy.
β’ Comfort with conducting research (competitors, market trends, industry analysis) and swiftly transforming it into actionable insights.
β’ Some familiarity with B2B marketing β understanding the distinctions between B2B and B2C/e-commerce, allowing you to adapt creative and messaging accordingly.
β’ Experience in creating landing pages (using no-code tools, page builders, or similar β coding skills are not required, but familiarity with these tools is necessary).
β’ A focus on delivering results β preferring to launch something live and imperfect over perfectly planned but undelivered projects.
β’ Capability to work independently across multiple accounts simultaneously without needing extensive direction.
β’ Excellent written English skills.
β’ Understanding of the mechanics of Google Ads / Meta Ads (while you don't need to run campaigns, a grasp of the funnel enhances your ability to write better creative for it) (Brownie points).
β’ Experience across various industries, particularly B2B (Brownie points).
β’ Background in creating AI-powered workflows, automations, or internal tools (Brownie points).
β’ Monthly salary ranging from $2,500 to $3,500.
β’ Full-time position, fully remote.
