• Creative strategy & concept: You conduct a thorough analysis of clients’ target demographics and brand identities.

• Hands-on production & AI integration: You operate independently on production tasks.

• Development of the AI toolstack: You remain updated on trends and consistently assess new AI-driven design, video, and copywriting tools.

• Direct-response copywriting: You create precise advertising copy, captions, and video overlays.

• Data-driven iteration: Leveraging direct feedback from our Growth Specialists, you pinpoint successful creatives.

• Solid experience in the ads ecosystem: You understand how social media content should be structured to appear organic while achieving high conversion rates.

• Strong editing & design skills: While not a Hollywood motion designer, you efficiently utilize tools like CapCut, Premiere, Canva, and various AI applications.

• Innovative mindset & AI affinity: You possess a strong passion for technological advancements.

• High degree of autonomy: You excel in a fast-paced environment, making independent creative choices and adopting solution-oriented approaches.

• Understanding of sales psychology: You have the ability to empathize with target audiences, recognize e-commerce challenges, and translate them into effective visual messages.
