Senior Digital Assortment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategies for assortment expansion to enhance revenue growth for Rithum and its clients.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, taking ownership of engagement objectives and delivering quantifiable results.

• Evaluate performance, trends, and category opportunities to guide assortment recommendations.

• Convert data into clear, actionable strategies that optimize assortment and meet client demand.

• Collaborate with Sales, Client Partnerships, and Marketing on merchandising strategies and client presentations.

• Develop and expand a network of brands and suppliers throughout EMEA to meet retailer demand and growth targets.

• Identify and onboard new partners through proactive outreach, retailer demand signals, campaigns, and partner ecosystems.

• Utilize data and AI-driven tools to prioritize outreach and target high-potential partners.

• Create and manage outreach strategies to ensure a steady flow of new network participants.

• Establish and enhance scalable processes for partner qualification, onboarding, and activation.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on target accounts, campaigns, and growth objectives.

• Build and maintain relationships with integrators and external partners to broaden network reach.

• Monitor progress against network growth targets, including onboarding, activation, and GMV contribution.

• Leverage analytics and AI tools to gain insights, identify patterns, and enhance decision-making.

• Utilize both internal and external data sources to generate insights that inform assortment and network strategies.

• Collaborate with Product and Business Intelligence teams as a subject matter expert to guide analytics and AI-driven tool development.

• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance impact through AI and repeatable processes.

• Work collaboratively across teams to share insights, improve processes, and ensure consistent execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of client-facing experience in a professional setting, building and managing commercial relationships with brands and suppliers.

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce related to merchandising, wholesale, or retail buying/planning, where you managed the commercial relationship and negotiated terms.

• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outreach and manage partner engagement processes.

• Experience in marketplace, supplier acquisition, or environments focused on network growth.

• Familiarity with using AI to analyze data, streamline workflows, or amplify impact.

• Experience with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance and elevate outcomes, including communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and/or documentation.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Strong comprehension of online retail and wholesale/drop ship/commission models.

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or Salesloft.

• Robust analytical skills with the capability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

• Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.

• Ability to identify and implement scalable, repeatable processes.
