πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assesses and enhances the execution quality of comprehensive ad campaign setups across all primary channels (Social, Search, Display, Video); proactively identifies potential issues and initiates root cause analysis.

β€’ Analyzes performance trends, aligns them with goals, and suggests tactical modifications.

β€’ Coordinates task dependencies among various roles; ensures the overall workflow advances as intended.

β€’ Conducts segments of client discussions with clarity and thorough preparation.

β€’ Develops foundational coaching abilities (observation, feedback, role modeling).

β€’ Recognizes patterns in creative performance and proposes necessary adjustments.

β€’ Anticipates resource requirements and offers insights for project scoping.

β€’ Manages the entire quality assurance (QA) process from development through to finalization, approval, and launch.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 4-5 years of experience in digital advertising, including a minimum of 2 years overseeing the media buying and ad implementation process for direct response campaigns.

β€’ Expertise in each of the following channels: programmatic display, video, paid social, and paid search.

β€’ Experience managing ad trafficking directly in Google Campaign Manager or a similar ad serving platform.

β€’ Familiarity with demand-side platforms such as Google Display and Video 360 (DBM), Viant, Yahoo, StackAdapt, or The Trade Desk.

β€’ Proven experience in producing and reviewing detailed data reports and formulating optimization strategies.

β€’ Demonstrated capability in creating meeting agendas to advance projects effectively.

β€’ Experience in managing all facets of ad implementation in a collaborative environment, necessitating regular communication with both junior and senior team members.

β€’ Background in mentoring and supporting the professional growth of junior staff or interns.
