This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +34 more states.
β’ Assesses and enhances the execution quality of comprehensive ad campaign setups across all primary channels (Social, Search, Display, Video); proactively identifies potential issues and initiates root cause analysis.
β’ Analyzes performance trends, aligns them with goals, and suggests tactical modifications.
β’ Coordinates task dependencies among various roles; ensures the overall workflow advances as intended.
β’ Conducts segments of client discussions with clarity and thorough preparation.
β’ Develops foundational coaching abilities (observation, feedback, role modeling).
β’ Recognizes patterns in creative performance and proposes necessary adjustments.
β’ Anticipates resource requirements and offers insights for project scoping.
β’ Manages the entire quality assurance (QA) process from development through to finalization, approval, and launch.
β’ 4-5 years of experience in digital advertising, including a minimum of 2 years overseeing the media buying and ad implementation process for direct response campaigns.
β’ Expertise in each of the following channels: programmatic display, video, paid social, and paid search.
β’ Experience managing ad trafficking directly in Google Campaign Manager or a similar ad serving platform.
β’ Familiarity with demand-side platforms such as Google Display and Video 360 (DBM), Viant, Yahoo, StackAdapt, or The Trade Desk.
β’ Proven experience in producing and reviewing detailed data reports and formulating optimization strategies.
β’ Demonstrated capability in creating meeting agendas to advance projects effectively.
β’ Experience in managing all facets of ad implementation in a collaborative environment, necessitating regular communication with both junior and senior team members.
β’ Background in mentoring and supporting the professional growth of junior staff or interns.
