This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Automate and enhance development and release workflows.

• Oversee and sustain system performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with international teams, including developers, QA, and IT operations.

• Implement security best practices while ensuring adherence to industry standards.

• Evaluate technology usage and formulate processes for enhancement.

• Provide Level 1 Systems Administration support as part of a paid on-call rotation (approximately one week per month), addressing infrastructure-related incidents and support requests as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with cloud services (DigitalOcean, AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.

• Proficient in scripting languages (Bash/Shell, Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.).

• Extensive experience with CI/CD and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong grasp of network protocols and security practices.

• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana.

• Basic to intermediate experience in Systems Administration (Level 1), including troubleshooting servers, user accounts, networking, permissions, and typical infrastructure issues.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

• Strong English communication abilities and capability to work within a diverse, global team.
