Senior DevOps Engineer, Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Equip ML Engineers with the necessary tools, infrastructure, and frameworks.

• Speed up the time-to-market for production-ready ML products.

• Take ownership of ML CI/CD in partnership with the ML team.

• Ensure ML Engineers maintain control over their models in production.

• Facilitate large-scale ML experimentation.

• Provide MLOps foundational components (MLflow, Kubeflow, KubeRay).

• Dynamically manage GPU infrastructure.

• Address technical debt on current projects.

• Act as the technical mediator between ML and Backbone teams.

• Manage operational responsibilities, including on-call duties and post-mortem analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in MLOps or DevOps.

• GCP expertise: Vertex AI, GKE, GCS, BigQuery.

• Proficient in Full GitOps: FluxCD preferred, ArgoCD accepted.

• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments.

• Practical knowledge of MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, KubeRay.

• GPU-aware management skills during extensive training runs.

• Proficient in Python, with Bash skills expected; knowledge of Go or Rust is a plus.

• Experience with IaC (Terraform), containerization (Docker, Helm), and observability (Prometheus, Datadog, Looker).

• Bilingual in French and English.
