Senior DevOps Engineer / Cloud Automation Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for both application and infrastructure deployments.

• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions utilizing Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.

• Execute automated deployment and testing workflows.

• Set up monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.

• Streamline operational tasks and minimize manual processes.

• Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Deploy containerized solutions leveraging Amazon ECS and EKS.

• Establish governance and best practices in DevOps engineering.

• Provide guidance to teams on GitOps, source control, and release management strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

• In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native architectures.

• Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.

• Understanding of container technologies and Kubernetes.

• Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.

• AWS Professional-level certification is preferred.
