Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage our Internal Developer Platform hosted on Hetzner (k3s)

• Oversee infrastructure utilizing OpenTofu, Ansible, and GitOps (Argo CD)

• Enhance GitLab CI pipelines and create comprehensive automation solutions

• Troubleshoot incidents, adopt a holistic perspective, and implement sustainable fixes (incident.io)

• Manage various data stores through Kubernetes Operators

• Develop small automation scripts in Python as needed

• Hands-on experience managing self-hosted Kubernetes clusters

• A team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills alongside software developers

• Regular involvement with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps-driven automations

• Knowledge of distributed software systems and typical failure modes
