DevOps & Cloud Security Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will lead the cloud infrastructure and security strategy for the company in GCP and AWS environments.

• Define and implement the cloud security strategy: zero trust, network segmentation, least privilege, and defense-in-depth in GCP and AWS.

• Implement preventive and detective controls: WAF, DDoS mitigation, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and vulnerability management (SAST, DAST, CVE tracking).

• Integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline (shift-left): secret scanning, image scanning, and dependency analysis.

• Lead incident response, threat modeling, and coordination of red team/pentesting exercises.

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure in GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, IAM) and AWS (ECS/Fargate, EKS, RDS, SQS, VPC, IAM).

• Manage IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog), and reliability (SLOs/SRE).

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in designing cloud security strategies: advanced IAM, hardening, zero trust, WAF, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management.

• Proficient in SIEM, incident response playbooks, and operational threat intelligence.

• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF, and at least one of SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / LGPD.

• Over 6 years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. English proficiency at B2+ level.

• Experience with GCP and AWS in production. Mid-senior level Kubernetes. Terraform expertise. Multi-language CI/CD. Proficient in Bash/Python.

• Certifications in GCP Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, or CISM.

• Experience with CSPM, Falco, or DataDog. Additional proficiency in Portuguese/Spanish is a plus.
