Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and execute cloud architecture solutions.

• Centralize and automate workflows utilizing developer tools.

• Create and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.

• Enhance Docker images for optimal performance, security, and maintainability.

• Provision and oversee infrastructure using Terraform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Assess and strengthen the organization's security posture, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish scalable, reliable, and secure systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with prior experience as a Software Engineer.

• More than 2 years of experience in building and deploying cloud-based infrastructure (preferably GCP or AWS).

• At least 2 years of experience operating infrastructure in Kubernetes and with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

• Minimum 2 years of programming experience in Go, Ruby, or Python.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable infrastructure.

• Extensive experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools like Chef).

• A systems-oriented mindset focused on observability, consistency, failure modes, and practical implementations.
