This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Create and execute scalable, repeatable deployment frameworks for AI, data, and cloud-native applications.

• Design and sustain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated environment provisioning, and deployment workflows to guarantee consistency across environments.

• Construct and refine CI/CD pipelines to facilitate reliable and automated delivery throughout development, testing, staging, and production phases.

• Standardize application packaging and deployment models to ensure smooth delivery into customer environments with minimal customization needed.

• Establish and enforce best practices for secrets and configuration management, identity and access management (IAM), networking, secure connectivity, observability, logging, monitoring, alerting, and release management.

• Enhance production readiness by bolstering application resilience, scalability, security, runtime governance, and operational excellence.

• Observability Enhancements: Improve monitoring for services to boost system reliability.

• Scripting & Automation: Create, implement, and maintain scripts to automate processes and minimize manual efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer.

• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure, along with a solid understanding of infrastructure and networking concepts.

• Proven track record of deploying enterprise web, data, or AI applications into production environments.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containers, observability, secrets management, and secure deployment practices.

• Experience in transforming prototypes, analytics, or AI solutions into scalable and reliable applications.

• Thorough understanding of scalability, reliability, security, and operational best practices.

• Proficient in tools such as: GitHub (including GitHub Actions and managing custom action runners), Terraform, Kubernetes, CloudBees, Jenkins, SonarQube, GitHub Copilot, Grafana, and Datadog.

• Familiarity with related technologies (Git, Maven, npm).

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, capability to work collaboratively in a team, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
