Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and create stable runtime environments utilizing Kubernetes (RKE2 / Rancher).

• Develop and sustain comprehensive CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and Nexus.

• Manage intricate data pipelines and batch processing using Apache Airflow (KubernetesPodOperator).

• Establish enterprise-level security measures, which include: integration with HashiCorp Vault, management of Secrets, and RBAC policies.

• Set up and oversee monitoring and alerting systems for ML applications (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

• Work closely with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to enhance container resource efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps or System Engineering.

• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes (administration, networking, storage), particularly in on-premises settings.

• Practical experience with MLOps automation and orchestration using Apache Airflow.

• Proven history of delivering secure solutions within regulated sectors (FinTech, Banking, Insurance).

• Strong background in CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker).

• Comprehensive understanding of MLflow (Tracking, Model Registry, Serving).

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with air-gapped environments (restricted internet access setups) (Nice to Have).
