Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Propose innovative solutions and question existing assumptions.

• Engage actively in architectural discussions.

• Take charge of platform initiatives.

• Ensure the infrastructure operations are reliable, scalable, and secure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.

• Comprehensive understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and troubleshooting network problems).

• Strong knowledge of Linux and operating systems.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting distributed systems and handling production incidents.

• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and SRE principles.

• Experience in designing reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions.

• Ability to investigate complex performance and stability challenges under pressure.

• Experience in high-paced production environments with stringent availability requirements is highly desirable.
