Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Execute hands-on technical inventory of tools across various environments.

• Perform integration mapping (GitHub, Jira, qTest, CI/CD dependencies).

• Assist in identity and access architecture (AD/Entra, SSO, user provisioning).

• Evaluate migration complexity and contribute to the risk register and SOW inputs.

• Facilitate the migration and consolidation of tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, qTest, Informatica, NeoLoad, and BrowserStack.

• Set up and validate integrations, CI/CD workflows, and automation configurations.

• Aid in bulk user provisioning and per-tool entitlements.

• Develop technical documentation (inventory, migration runbooks, decommission artifacts).

• Assist in hypercare activities and system stabilization post-migration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.

• Proficient with GitHub Enterprise — repository management, GitHub Actions, secrets handling, and runner setup.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines — Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions; understanding of pipeline-as-code concepts.

• Experience in enterprise tool migration or consolidation (not limited to greenfield implementations).

• Knowledge of identity and access management — Active Directory/Entra provisioning, SSO setup, RBAC for each tool.

• Capability to create technical documentation — inventory reports, migration runbooks, decommission artifacts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with daily engagement and reporting to stakeholders.
