Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold a scalable, resilient cloud architecture.

• Develop CI/CD pipelines emphasizing performance and reliability.

• Implement infrastructure as code adhering to established standards and governance.

• Ensure comprehensive observability through logs, metrics, and tracing.

• Address critical incidents and carry out post-mortem analyses.

• Optimize costs and performance of the infrastructure.

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to advance the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in production cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Proficient in Terraform (or similar tools) with real-world application.

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes in production settings.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices at scale.

• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).

• Solid grounding in Linux, networking, and advanced troubleshooting.

• Not suitable for those who:

• **Only execute tasks without initiative.**

• **Have never managed real incidents.**

• **Lack experience with high availability environments.**

• Key differentiators include:

• **Experience with high scale systems.**

• **Familiarity with SRE culture (SLI/SLO, error budget).**

• **Experience on critical platforms (payments, B2B SaaS).**
